Rural urbanism
Location: Valkininkai, Lithuania; Year: 2023; Type: Private commision; Program: Private housing. The urban design features three different urban street typologies. Moving towards the center public space the streets become more winding and green, whereas at the entrance points the streets are more linear and wide. Prioritizing pedestrian mobility the design features a public walkway that covers the entire area without intersecting with the dedicated car road surfaces.
